By using Smmstore.pro, you agree to fully comply with all rules and policies stated below.
Failure to read or follow these terms will not qualify you for a refund or order reprocessing.

🚫 Important Order Rules

1️⃣ Do not place multiple orders for the same link at the same time.
Always wait until your first order is Completed, Canceled, Partially Completed, or under Warranty before placing another one.
If multiple orders are placed for the same link simultaneously, both may be marked as Completed, and we will not be able to cancel, adjust, or refund them.
The system automatically counts from the original order quantity and marks the order as Completed once delivery is done.

2️⃣ Cancellations are not accepted for the following reasons:

• “Views, Likes, or Subscribers come from my fans, real users, or other sellers.”
• Personal pages, fan pages, or videos have been deleted, removed, or made private.

3️⃣ After placing an order:

• We cannot edit or change the URL if it is incorrect.
• If your account or video is deleted, made private, renamed, banned, or closed,
  → No refund or top-up will be issued.

4️⃣ Pre-existing metrics:
If your page already has a high number of followers/views (e.g. 10K, 100K, 200K, etc.) before placing an order — or if the numbers decrease below the original count — we cannot provide refills or refunds.

5️⃣ “Drop” servers:
If you use a drop-type service, you cannot request a refill before or after completion.
Switching to a non-drop server afterward will not qualify for a refill.

6️⃣ Order cancellation:
Orders can only be canceled if the system shows an error or if the order status is still Pending and cancellation is technically available.

7️⃣ Technical issues:
If there is a technical issue with your order, please allow 1–5 days for our team and the supplier to investigate and resolve the issue.

8️⃣ Partial refunds:
If the order cannot continue due to a system error or supplier issue, a partial refund will be issued.

9️⃣ Drip-feed (scheduled delivery) orders:
Once a drip-feed order has started, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or refilled.

⚖️ Legal & Content Compliance

All customers must comply with the laws and cultural content regulations of Vietnam and international standards.

You must not post or submit any links (YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) that contain or promote:

• ❌ Pornographic or obscene material
• ❌ Gambling, drugs, or violent content
• ❌ Political or unethical material
• ❌ Copyright or intellectual property violations
• ❌ Content that harms the reputation or dignity of individuals or organizations

Orders must not include or promote content that violates moral, social, or cultural standards.

💳 Refund Policy

• No refunds are available once a deposit has been made.
  All remaining balance must be used for services on Smmstore.pro.
• Once payment is completed, you cannot dispute or claim a refund through your bank or payment provider.
• Filing a chargeback or dispute will result in immediate account termination and a permanent ban from our platform.
• Any fraudulent activity (such as using stolen or unauthorized cards) will lead to account termination without exception.

🔒 Privacy Policy

We value your privacy and handle all personal data responsibly.

• Your personal information is used only to process and fulfill your orders.
• We never sell, share, or distribute your data to third parties.
• Your account and transaction details are protected and securely stored.

✔ Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — delays are not grounds for refunds.
✔ Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
✔ Terms and policies may be updated periodically; it is your responsibility to review them before placing new orders.
✔ Affiliate users operating multiple accounts may lose commission eligibility.
✔ Smmstore.pro is not responsible for any business losses or damages arising from service use.
✔ We are not liable for any account suspension or content deletion by social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
